Just up the road in Kechi, Kansas, in a little blue barn, an extraordinary ministry is at work — and they could use your help. Bridget's Cradles was born out of one family's heartbreak. After Matt and Ashley Opliger's daughter, Bridget Faith, was stillborn at 24 weeks in 2014, Bridget's grandmother lovingly knit a tiny cradle so her family could hold her with dignity and love. From that single act of comfort grew a Christ-centered ministry that now sends hand-knit and crocheted cradles to more than 1,600 hospitals in all 50 states, bringing the hope of Jesus to over 30,000 grieving families every year.

In this breakout, you'll get to be a hands-on part of that mission. The specific tasks will depend on what the ministry needs most that day — preparing materials, tagging and finishing cradles, packing, organizing, or other behind-the-scenes work that keeps comfort flowing to hurting families. No special skills required — just willing hands and a heart for parents walking through one of life's hardest losses. Come ready to serve, to remember the little lives being honored, and to be the hands and feet of Jesus to families who desperately need to know they are not alone.
